Year 5 enjoyed a trip to Cardingmill Valley this week to learn about habitats. Using our local area for our learning is a fantastic way to add a local context to our science curriculum and has really sparked children’s enthusiasm for learning more about nature!
Children took measurements, went pond dipping and enjoyed a hike across the Long Mynd.
